They have taken excellent care of our crawlspace and came out and checked for free over a concern we had and everything is great. We even had a second company verify just to make sure b/c we don't know anything about this stuff and we are very pleased with the work, communication, service, and product. Strongly recommended!

Southern Crawl Space was incredibly professional and I am beyond thrilled with how our crawlspace looks. Our home inspection revealed extreme standing water in the crawlspace requiring a sump pump, and we were concerned with the humidity level as well. Originally we were going to encapsulate our crawlspace and was quoted over $20k. We reached out to Southern Crawl Space, I spoke with Phillip and he was very informative about an alternative to encapsulation that is cheaper and longer lasting. My pest inspectors came out yesterday to treat our new home and commented that our crawl space was absolutely gorgeous (you don't hear that often). We are excited to have a longer lasting solution to our moisture issues at nearly half the cost quoted by competitors with encapsulation. They were quick and efficient with installation as well. Even coming in on the weekend to get it completed when rain derailed their plans. Highly recommend them!

They sprayed and sealed my crawl space to stop fungus growth.. The folks who came out to do mine were professional. Enjoyed to talking with them. They were up front about everything including price. Very highly recommend

Outstanding helpful local company treated our crawlspace structures from excessive moisture, mildew and evidence of mold after discovering water leaks. Sean responded same day to my calls and presented all options. Work began 3 days later and was finished in 8 hrs. Sean came by 5 days later after the product cured to ensure all wood beams were treated, moisture levels dropped as advertised and mildew/mold were eliminated. Warrantied transferable product is a plus. SCS comes highly recommended.
