Advanced Polymer Coatings vs. Liner Lined Walls
Advanced Polymer Concrete and Lumber Sealers are engineered to directly adhere to the surface, creating a strong, durable, epoxy-like membrane that lasts forever. A physical barrier to water or vapor.
Liner-lined foundation walls do nothing to prevent the moisture permeation thru the concrete (capillary action), stop efflouresence, mold or mildew behind or on the back of the liner. Any air leak in the liner can result in un-efficient dehumidifier operation, ineffective drying, smells returning and visually masks any foundation or wood-destroying organism issues.
