Name, phone, email, city, and ZIP. Whether you own the home and whether it has a crawlspace. Notes you give us about moisture, rot, odors, energy bills, or other property concerns. Appointment times and job-site address if you book work. Payment details if you become a customer. Device and usage data if you visit southerncrawlspace.com.

How we collect it
Website forms. Phone, text, or email. Facebook, Instagram, and other ad Instant Forms. In-person inspections and work orders.

How we use it
To call or email you and schedule a free inspection. To provide estimates, warranties, and service. To process payments and keep job records. To follow up on work we performed. To measure and improve our ads and website. We do not sell your personal information.

Ads and lead forms
If you submit a Facebook or Instagram Instant Form, Meta sends us the answers you provide. We use that only to contact you about a crawlspace inspection or related service. Meta’s policy is at facebook.com/privacy.

Who we share it with
Website, email, phone, and advertising providers that run our tools. Payment processors if you hire us. Authorities when the law requires it. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their marketing.
